The Arizona Cardinals head coach has been a vocal critic of the Patriots since the beginning of the season, but he had nothing but praise for Brady after Sunday’s game.

Bruce Arians, who is the head coach of the Arizona Cardinals, has praised Tom Brady for his coaching style. Arians said that he was a master teacher and that Brady had been able to teach younger players on and off the field.

Bruce Arians, the head coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, has been in the NFL for a long time but says that he is constantly learning on the job. During an interview with NBC Sports’ Peter King, Arians claimed he has learned a lot from Tom Brady, 44, since the quarterback signed a two-year, $50 million contract with the Buccaneers last summer following a 20-year career with the New England Patriots. “More than learning, I was reminded that preparation is the key,” Arians said, adding that Brady prepares himself physically and psychologically as well as anybody he has ever seen.

Brady, according to Arians, is a great teacher to younger players, both on and off the field. “With TB12 and some of the things he does to educate young players how to do it correctly, he welcomes that,” he added. “I had no idea he was like that. It’s probably the most good thing I can say about him,” Arians said, according to a transcription of the interview on YouTube.

Brady is now extremely acquainted with the offense, according to Arians.

Due to a lack of training camp and preseason games last season, Brady acknowledged that he spent the first half of the regular season unfamiliar with the Buccaneers’ offense. But he made the necessary adjustments in time to lead the club to eight consecutive victories and its first Super Bowl championship since 2002, a 31-9 victory against the reigning champion Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LV.

Brady is now extremely acquainted with the team’s offense, according to Arians. “It’s just flowing now with the words. He’s seeing images in his head, and when he calls a play, he understands what he’s seeing,” Arians said. Last season, Arians said that it was simply a load of words until Week 9, at the earliest. “It was just a process of us getting to know him and how to make him comfortable,” Arians said, adding that offensive coordinator Byron Leftwich has done an outstanding job in mentoring Brady.

According to Arians, there are still a dozen employment openings.

In their second preseason game, the Buccaneers were set to face the Tennessee Titans. The starters will sit out this game, giving the backups an opportunity to shine and win a place on the 53-man roster. According to JoeBucsFan.com, Arians claims there are still 10 to 12 job openings.

“It’ll be important in this game,” Arians said, adding that the starters will play in the team’s final preseason game next week against the Houston Texans.

The Buccaneers didn’t make any major moves in free agency after signing all 22 starters for this season to pursue back-to-back Super Bowl championships, signing only running back Giovani Bernard to a one-year contract. According to Michael David Smith of Pro Football Talk, Arians said that Bernard has been “more than fairly decent” since the transfer. Bernard was signed by the Buccaneers because of his ability to catch passes, providing Brady with another target out of the backfield. The Buccaneers return Ronald Jones, Leonard Fournette, and Ke’Shawn Vaughn from last season’s squad.
